Matrix Vision has announced interoperability between its GenICam-compliant cameras mvBlueCougar-X (GigE Vision), mvBlueCougar-XD (Dual GigE Vision), and mvBlueFox3 (USB3 Vision) with ActiveGeni, a GenICam-based camera SDK developed by A&B Software.
Matrix Vision has consolidated the drivers for USB3 and GigE Vision cameras into one GenTL producer which is called mvGenTL_Acquire and available for both 32- and 64-bit systems. By using the producer, ActiveGeni SDK provides access to Matrix Vision’s cameras and allows developers and system integrators to facilitate a rapid application development in a number of popular programming environments.
