Model 290 zoom lens

Share this on social media:

Resolve Optics has released a longer focal length version (24-144mm) of its Model 290 radiation resistant zoom lens. Occupying the same compact footprint as the standard Model 290 the new range extended 6x zoom lens allows users to get closer to the subject making images easier to read without any loss of performance.

The novel design of the motorised zoom lenses provides a 6x zoom movement in a very compact form. The range extended lens enables users to image objects from 800mm to infinity without using add-on adapters. When focused at infinity the lens achieves high image resolution on axis at full aperture throughout the zoom range without refocusing (image tracking). Operating at f/1.8 the lens provides high image resolution and minimum geometric distortion from 400-750nm.
