Gardasoft appoints new marketing manager and business development manager

Gardasoft Vision Ltd, a world leader in the design and manufacture of high performance LED Control solutions and LED Illumination for Machine Vision and Intelligent Traffic applications, has strengthened its Business Development team with two new key appointments. Greg Arnot has been appointed as Marketing Manager and Martin House joins as Business Development Manager.
Both have degree-level technical backgrounds. They will work closely together to further raise market awareness of the importance of Gardasoft’s lighting control capabilities in making high quality machine vision measurements and to spearhead new business growth.

Greg has joined Gardasoft from XAAR plc, taking over from Paul Downey who has completed a planned move within the Optex Group to become Marketing Manager at CCS Europe. Greg has more than 20 years’ experience of international technology sales and marketing, both with start-ups and at corporate level at companies such as ARM Holdings plc and Hewlett Packard.

Greg’s responsibilities have included product management, roadmap development, strategic partnership & relationship management and international business development amongst others. He has successfully integrated digital and traditional marketing techniques into creative marketing strategies which have helped to shape company expansion plans.

The new Business Development Manager, Martin House, brings extensive experience in the fields of machine vision, automation and machine building in a wide range of market sectors. This breadth of knowledge is invaluable in understanding the needs of end users, integrators and OEMS wanting to integrate lighting control as part of a vision solution. Focusing on Europe and Asia, Martin will be responsible for supporting Gardasoft’s distributors, OEMs and partners to further enhance relationships with existing customers and to develop new business opportunities.
