Andor increases Japanese sales

Andor Technology has strengthened its position in Japan, the company reports, since it began its Japanese operations in August 2000 by opening an office in Tokyo.

With the opening of a new office last year in Osaka, Japan's second largest city, Andor has consolidated its position with sales in the country increasing by 22.5 per cent for the financial year ending 30 September 2008.

Andor sales director, Dr Aislinn Rice, said: 'Our continuous focus on quality for our wide range of high performance cameras and confocal systems has been the main reason of our growing success in Japan. We are proud of the trust in our skills and capabilities shown by our Japanese customers.'
