Model 305 fixed focus non-browning lens

Resolve Optics has released the Model 305 fixed focus non-browning lens. The lens has been designed to provide uncompromised performance with large image format cameras and sensors used in environments subject to radiation.

Measuring only 30mm in diameter, the compact f2 lens delivers high image resolution and minimum geometric distortion from 400-750nm.

Manufactured to the highest quality standards from cerium doped glass or synthetic silica, the Model 305 lens is able to withstand radiation exposure of up to 53kGy (108rads) and temperatures up to 55°C without discoloration.

Designed to give a 40° field of view in both the vertical and horizontal planes and 25 Cycles/mm, the Model 305 lens is able to provide excellent optical performance for images up to 18mm in diameter.  Available with manual or motorised iris, the Model 305 provides a focus from 35mm in front of the lens to infinity.

The lens is suitable for nuclear vision and space research applications, where cameras have to be radiation-hard and to cover a large image format.
