EVT has released its EyeMultiView system, which displays results of up to 16 observation cameras on one computer. The user knows immediately if the result is good or bad thanks to coloured borders: a pass is displayed with a green border, a fail with a red border, and a yellow border signifies a warning.
The EyeMultiView software allows the simultaneous use of several different cameras and the system has the ability to display all results, images and overlays of up to 16 test systems on one PC. Due to the extremely fast and parallel image processing, large data volumes can be recorded and evaluated in a short time.
The intuitive user interface enables test procedures to be established quickly and easily. A range of optical measuring problems and inspection tasks can be solved, from object recognition to measuring. Due to the intuitive configure policy, the inspection task can be changed without interrupting the production process.
The system includes software interfaces to SAP and Oracle and is suited to applications in automation, packaging technology, quality control, as well as in the pharmaceutical industry and the food industry.
