Multipix Imaging has launched 10 Ace area scan camera models from Basler, featuring the USB 3.0 interface, in an ultra compact 29 x 29 x 29mm housing. The cameras are ideal for replacing older camera models, particularly those with a FireWire/IEEE 1394 or USB 2.0 interface.
All Ace USB 3.0 models are compliant with the USB3 Vision standard. Initial model releases are set to achieve resolutions from VGA to 5 megapixels and capture up to 120fps, using CMOS and Sony CCD sensors.
