Xenics USA appoints Stuart Cohen as sales manager

Developer and manufacturer of advanced infrared detectors Leuven, Belgium-based Xenics has appointed Stuart Cohen as sales manager at Xenics USA.

A 100 per cent subsidiary of Xenics, Xenics USA provides sales and application support to its US and Canadian customers. Cohen has many years of managerial experience in the infrared industry. In his last position he was product manager and sales manager of North America for NEC-Avio Infrared Technologies.

‘Foremost on my agenda at Xenics USA is accelerating the expansion of our sales and support organisation,’ Cohen said. ‘We are investing in these markets by hiring additional employees for technical and sales support, thereby strengthening our regional presence.’

Xenics USA, which is located near Boston, Massachusetts, was founded in 2011 to facilitate sales of the company's broad spectrum of advanced infrared products and solutions and provide support to industrial and institutional customers throughout the US and Canada, as well as in the security system and government project markets.
