Cincoze has released the latest addition to its rugged computing 'Diamond' product line, the DX-1200 embedded computer.

DX-1200 is designed for industrial automation and applications such as smart manufacturing, machine vision, and edge artificial intelligence.

The computer is equipped with vibration and shock resistance, overvoltage and overcurrent protection, ESD protection, and can operate within a wide temperature (-40°C to 70°C) and voltage (9 to 48 VDC) range.

The compact design of DX-1200 helps it overcome space limitations, the firm says.

DX-1200 also supports 12th gen Intel Alder Lake-S processors, a selection of native I/O (such as LAN, M12, DIO, and COM), and flexible modular expansion, alongside 64GB of 4800MHz DDR5 memory with ECC technology.

The computer can be equipped with up to 4x 10Gbps LAN for delivering large images and files quickly. Users can also install up to 8 PoEs to achieve multiple network connections and reduce wire clutter. For wireless networking in industrial applications, the DX-1200 provides one M.2 Key E slot and two Mini PCIe slots for the addition of WiFi, GNSS, 4G, and Bluetooth.

DX-1200 has passed industry certifications such as EMC EN 50121-3-2 and EN 45545-2 fire protection for railway computing, and the E-mark certification for vehicle EMC.
