EVT has released the software extension EyePerfect, which provides fully automated control of the presence and absence, and size of components. The system was developed to provide simple setup, so the user has to configure the system with a standard example (golden part) only once. After calibration, all objects are compared with the golden part and no further programming is required. Even minimal variances are detected by EyePerfect. Variances that are out of tolerance range are highlighted in red for further analysis by the operator.
