Introduction to the MIL/MIL-Lite Environment

Day 1 and 2 of the course offer lecture and lab-based introductions to the library, delving into the MIL software architecture, its installation and portability, the capture and handling of images, along with development and debugging techniques. Day 3 offers students the choice to take in additional lecture/lab sessions (MIL processing fundamentals and/or MIL/MIL-Lite environment advanced topics) or to get some one-on-one, application-specific discussion time with our support and development teams.

Matrox Design Assistant 5 training

Matrox Imaging will be offering classroom training on the Matrox Design Assistant 5 flowchart-based machine vision software at its Montreal, Canada headquarters from November 8 to 10. The three-day instructor-led course will provide in-depth training on developing applications using the latest iteration of Matrox Design Assistant, the first hardware-independent integrated development environment (IDE) that lets users easily create an application flowchart and HMI and take projects from concept to completion in record time, without the need for conventional programming.

SureDotOCR update

Matrox Imaging announced a major update to its dot-matrix OCR tool — SureDotOCR. The latest update brings with it optimisations that improve both reading speed and robustness.

Matrox Imaging

Matrox Imaging will be alongside its distribution partner Clearview Imaging at the show to demonstrate dot-matrix text reading using Matrox SureDotOCR technology

Matrox Imaging

Matrox Imaging will demonstrate the latest version of its vision software, Matrox Imaging Library (MIL)

MIL CoPilot

Matrox Imaging today announced MIL CoPilot, an evaluation and prototyping companion to the Matrox Imaging Library (MIL) collection of software tools.

A 64-bit Windows®-based application, MIL CoPilot provides a unified interactive environment to experiment with MIL, allowing programmers to test one or more approaches to solving an application before writing any code. Similarly, the flexible, programming-free environment offers those new to MIL an easier way to try it out.

Matrox Indio

Matrox® Imaging today announced the launch of the Matrox Indio input/output (I/O) and communication card for vision applications. The PCIe® x1 add-in card offers discrete I/Os with real-time synchronization and industrial networking using the EtherNet/IP™, Modbus®, and PROFINET protocols, turning any PC into a vision controller.
