Spot Insight CMOS Camera

Share this on social media:

Spot Imaging has introduced the Spot Insight CMOS Camera featuring Sony’s Pregius sensor, which offers features usually provided by higher-priced cameras only. The camera’s USB 3.0 interface and global shutter work with the Spot software auto-exposure scheme to produce distortion-free, live image viewing of moving specimens at 22fps, at full resolution. The combined low read-noise and high QE, furnishes sensitivity not previously seen in uncooled cameras.

The wide range of capabilities means many applications are supported by the Insight Cmos cameras including live-cell, brightfield, histology, pathology, cytology and bright fluorescence imaging.
