MVfemto laser

Share this on social media:

Laser Components has launched the MVfemto, a small line laser for industrial image processing. The compact laser module measures 8 x 40mm long, making it suitable for 3D laser sensors.

The focus of the laser can be set to the required working distance, thus allowing excellent line quality. The line thickness can be reduced to as thin as 20µm. Standard homogeneity tolerance is ±20 per cent, and enhanced homogeneity can reach ±15 per cent.

The MVfemto is available in two different wavelength ranges: red (635nm and 660nm) and NIR (785nm and 850nm). The maximum output power is 50mW.

The line lasers can be operated with a voltage between 4.5 and 30VDC and are available with digital modulation or power control upon request.
