Schott and Moritex have launched their miniMML integrated vision unit. The unit has a telecentric lens system with two independent LED illuminators and a camera inside the 15mm body. The system integrates a telecentric lens, LED coaxial and oblique illumination, CMOS camera, LED power supply and cables into one unit.
To capture the best image, two types of illumination, coaxial and oblique, are built in for easy operation from a PC via USB connection with power supply. A USB mini-B port with screw lock is equipped for secure connection against vibration and a WVGA CMOS sensor camera with global shutter is built in.
