Large format IR detector

Share this on social media:

Ulis, a French manufacturer of high-volume infrared detectors for low-cost IR cameras in industrial, professional, and security applications, has launched a large format IR detector. The high resolution IR detector, with a high concentration of pixels on the array, allows OEMs and IR camera makers to reduce the size and weight of optical systems, as smaller area cameras can be designed.

Over the past five years, Ulis has reduced the pixel pitch size of its IR products from 35µm to 25µm and now down to 17µm, progressively making its products more affordable for professional applications, such as conducting energy audits of buildings and production plants.
