IRXCAM-THz-384 terahertz camera

INO, a centre for industrial optics and photonics expertise in Canada, has introduced its terahertz 384 x 288 pixel camera module with 35µm pixel pitch. The IRXCAM-THz-384 camera uses uncooled microbolometer detectors for imaging in the terahertz range.

The optimized terahertz 384 x 288 pixel array detector is combined with a custom-designed terahertz lens to yield high-resolution, high-sensitivity images. The user-friendly module provides high flexibility for system integrators.

The camera module also provides a 16-bit raw output that is especially appropriate for developers of beam profiling and see-through imaging applications.
