Hitachi Kokusai Electric Europe has released eight CCD cameras with Mini Camera Link and Power over Camera Link interface for RAW data output.
The cameras are suited to image processing and machine vision applications, especially where space is limited. The cameras have dimensions of 29 x 29 x 29mm and weigh 50g.
The following models are available: KP-FR30SCL/PCL, 1/3-inch CCD with VGA resolution and 60fps; KP-FBR30SCL/PCL, 1/3-inch CCD with separate head, VGA resolution and 60fps; KP-FR31SCL/PCL, 1/3-inch CCD with VGA resolution and 120fps; KP-FR39SCL/PCL, 1/3-inch CCD with VGA resolution and 91fps. KP-FR80SCL/PCL, 1/3-inch CCD with XGA resolution and 36fps; KP-FR200SCL/PCL, 1/1.8-inch CCD with UXGA resolution and 15fps; KP-FR230SCL/PCL, 1/1.8-inch CCD with UXGA resolution and 30fps; and KP-FR500SCL/PCL, 2/3-inch CCD with 5 Megapixel resolution and 16fps.
