Alrad Imaging has introduced the Artray 640 (VGA) thermo camera, a leading edge thermal imaging camera (8-14µm) with USB2.0 interface. An optional GigE Vision interface is also available. The camera operates at 25fps with a 14-bit output. It has an inbuilt Peltier cooler allowing a dynamic range from -40°C to 540°C. A lower resolution 320 (QVGA) model is also available, as well as a choice of Germanium lenses.
