Ace cameras

Basler has introduced the Ace series of cameras with a Gigabit Ethernet interface, which are now available from Multipix Imaging. The camera series includes four new models featuring colour and monochrome variations with the CMV2000 (2 Megapixel) and CMV4000 (4 Megapixel) CMOS sensors from Cmosis.

Later this year, the two monochrome models will also be available as NIR versions. These are particularly notable for their low noise level and very high sensitivity. These cameras are particularly well suited for surveillance applications, biometrics or use in intelligent traffic control systems. Their NIR sensitivity makes them particularly effective in poor lighting conditions or at night.
