Goodrich is to enter a second phase of work with The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (Darpa) on the development of indium gallium arsenide (InGaAs), visible and shortwave infrared focal plane arrays for use in passive, night vision imaging systems. They now aim to increase the resolution and sensitivity of the camera.
