Image Systems partners with camera manufacturers for motion analysis software

Specialised Imaging will now distribute Image Systems’ (Linköping, Sweden) Tema and TrackEye image motion analysis systems in the North American market. In addition, Image Systems has also signed a partnership with Swiss high-speed camera manufacturer, AOS Technologies, for integration of its motion analysis software Tema into AOS’ camera software.

The Tema and TrackEye software has been developed to simplify and improve measurement and analysis of movements in images. Tema is used for a wide range of applications and customers including analysis in applications such as crash tests, material tests and analysis of different movement patterns for humans and animals. The TrackEye system is mainly used for applications in military test ranges.

Specialised Imaging has used the Image Systems TrackEye software in conjunction with its Trajectory Tracker and Tracker 2 projectile tracking systems, to generate 3D data from high speed video image data captured by these systems.
