Raptor Photonics

Raptor Photonics (booth 533) will be exhibiting its new HD format InGaAs camera, the Owl 1280. Using a 1,280 x 1,024 pixel InGaAs sensor, this camera offers visible extension from 0.4µm to 1.7µm. The 10 x 10µm pixel pitch gives high resolution imaging, with less than 35 electrons readout noise. It is temperature stabilised with very low dark current.

The camera offers an ultra-high intrascene dynamic range of 70dB. Available with a 14-bit Camera Link output, it will run from 10 up to 60Hz. Owl 1280 features automated gain control and a three-point non uniform correction.
