Bobcat camera series

High performance camera manufacturer, Imperx, has introduced its four-tap Bobcat camera series. Led by the 29 Megapixel ICL-B6640 Bobcat, these cameras are built to meet demanding imaging requirements and designed with an extended operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
The B6640 camera has an image resolution of 6,600 x 4,400 and 5fps at full resolution and is available in monochrome, colour, or Truesense Colour, with 8-, 10- and 12-bit output. The fully programmable B6640 delivers impressive speed and brilliant imagery while consuming relatively little power (7.8W).
The camera's small size (60 x 60 x 53mm), light weight, wide operating temperature range and rugged housing make it robust enough to handle the harsh environments of military and industrial applications as well as a perfect fit for the most demanding medical and scientific applications.
Standard features include Base or Medium Camera Link, binning of up to eight pixels horizontally and vertically for variable image resolution, Truesense Imaging KAI-29050 sensor, eight independent AOI's, five triggering modes, and more.
