Agenda and speakers

Please note that speakers and topics were confirmed at the time of publishing. However, circumstances beyond the control of the organizers may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and/or topics. Europa Science Ltd reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics as necessary. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on our web pages as soon as possible.

Payment terms

Payment is due in full upon completion and return of the registration form. Due to limited conference space we advise early registration and payment by credit card to avoid disappointment. Your registration will not be confirmed until payment is received. Admission to the conference will be refused if payment has not been received.

Discounts

Any discounted attendance fees require payment at time of registration and before the cut-off date. Late payment will invalidate the discount.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy

Provided the fee has been paid in full, substitutions at no extra charge can be made up to 7 business days before the start of the conference. For any substitutions within 7 business days of the start of the conference, we reserve the right to charge a fee for the extra administration involved.

Confirm your cancellation in writing (letter or fax) 2 weeks before the conference and receive a refund less 10%+VAT. Should you cancel 1 week before the conference then you will receive a refund less 50% + VAT service charge. Regrettably, no refunds can be made for cancellation received less than one week prior to the conference.
